Learn with Grace + Heal with Grace + Grow with Grace
I am dedicated to helping women learn the valuable lessons while getting the support, mentorship, and encouragement they dearly need. Through my blogs, books, private Facebook groups, weekly Zoom support groups, YouTube channel, and online courses, I hope to guide women who love an alcoholic through their pain and trials while they take steps towards freedom, sanity, and peace.

I care deeply for mothers who are trying to fight for themselves and their children. I aim to ease the suffering and help (if possible) spare children from an alcoholic home and/or a bad court ruling. I write to guide with compassion and patience knowing the difficulty of co-parenting with a narcissist and navigating the family court system. By openly sharing my story of failures and successes, mothers can learn from my mistakes and gain strength through my wisdom to endure.

“My session with Grace was truly amazing. As a survivor of family court abuse herself, it was comforting to talk to someone who gets it. But most importantly, she has so much wisdom and she offered me a number of extremely helpful action items. Her advice in our one session was more insightful than the sum of dozens of sessions I have had over the years both with my own therapist and with the family court lawyer who has represented me for years- and to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars. She gave me ideas for an action plan TO WIN, not only for me, but for my kids.”
“Grace’s sessions have been invaluable! I lived in fear of my ex-husband and the father of my child for 10 years. I did not have lawyers or therapists who were able to help. Everything changed after Grace’s sessions! Grace gave me tools necessary for dealing with the high-conflict, narcissistic/sociopathic parent. She guided me to hire a competent lawyer, have a clearer picture of my situation, attend a domestic violence support group and become a more supportive mom to my child and so much more! My child’s and my journey to freedom from the narcissistic abuse is not fully over, but, because of Grace, I have started looking forward to the future!”
Q: Co-Parenting with a Narcissist?
“I write for moms forced to co-parent with narcissists so they don’t have to feel so alone, can be validated in what they are experiencing, and improve their co-parenting conditions. I include all my tips, tools, and strategies for moms to hold on to in my books. There are mindsets to adopt and perspectives to take that can really help the dilemma and custody situation. Learn all that you can! Be prepared with survivor wisdom!”

Q: Do You Love an Alcoholic?
“I write for women so they don’t have to spend their entire lifetime suffering unloved, unfulfilled, lives without self-love. We CAN have shifts in our thinking, beliefs, and mindsets that contribute to making better choices (or discovering our choices). Most importantly, there can be lessons learned. Then, with recovery, healing can happen with courage through connection, knowledge, and wisdom.”
